Section One

Begin Again

The middle of the year can feel foggy. Clarity feels far away. But here is the beautiful truth: you do not have to wait until Monday, or January, or a perfect moment. Every day is a new beginning. This is your permission slip to pause, breathe, and begin again.

"His mercies are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Lamentations 3:23

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever."

Less & More

Rather than strict rules, try a sliding scale of grace. What do you want less of in your days? What do you want to welcome more? Be honest. Be kind to yourself as you write.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Matthew 11:28
Less of…
More of…
What is the one distraction you most need to release this season?
Section Seven

Forgive Yourself

What has happened over the last six months that you need to let go of? Write it out. God's grace is bigger than your regret. His mercies are new this morning.

"There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."

Romans 8:1
A moment of listening prayer.

Set everything aside for five minutes. Breathe slowly. Ask God: "What do you want to say to me right now?" Then sit quietly and listen.

5:00
What did you sense God whispering over you?
You Made It

Your Reset is Complete

You took time to pause. You chose yourself. You sat with God in the middle of your year and trusted that new things can still spring up. That is brave and beautiful.

"The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing."

Zephaniah 3:17

Keep Going, Beautiful Soul
